At ClassExceed, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Purchases Made Through Amazon or Walmart

The ClassExceed website displays products that may be sold and fulfilled through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart.

If you purchased a ClassExceed product through Amazon or Walmart, your return must be initiated through the marketplace where the order was placed. The return process, return shipping options, refund method, and any applicable exceptions will be governed by that marketplace’s return policy.

To begin a return:

  • For an Amazon purchase, visit Your Orders in your Amazon account.
  • For a Walmart purchase, visit Purchase History in your Walmart account.

ClassExceed cannot directly issue refunds for orders paid for through Amazon or Walmart.

Purchases Made Directly Through ClassExceed

Products purchased directly from the ClassExceed website may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Include its original packaging, tags, and accessories, when applicable.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the original order information.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, damage after delivery, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Before returning a product purchased directly from ClassExceed, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website. Include:

  • Your name.
  • Order number.
  • Product being returned.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Photographs, if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send a return until you have received return instructions from us. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping

For returns based on customer preference, sizing, or an incorrect item ordered by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item purchased directly from ClassExceed arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us promptly. After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return-shipping solution.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from an error by ClassExceed or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return shipping rules for Amazon and Walmart purchases are determined by the applicable marketplace.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund timing for Amazon and Walmart orders is determined by the marketplace through which the purchase was made.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability may change. When an exchange is not available, you may return the eligible item and place a new order for the preferred product, size, or color.

For Amazon or Walmart purchases, exchange options must be handled through the applicable marketplace.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us as soon as possible and provide the order details and photographs of the issue.

Claims involving Amazon or Walmart orders should also be submitted through the applicable marketplace’s order-support system.

Final-Sale and Nonreturnable Items

Items clearly marked as final sale, customized products, products altered at the customer’s request, and products that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Marketplace Policy Priority

When a ClassExceed product is purchased through Amazon, Walmart, or another third-party marketplace, the return policy and procedures of that marketplace will take priority if they differ from this general policy.
